Customer Disclaimer Agreement

By proceeding with the purchase of any service from Attention 2 Detail Automotive Company, the client hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions:

    1.    No Vehicle Operation Clause

The client acknowledges and agrees that technicians representing Attention 2 Detail Automotive Company will not operate the client’s vehicle under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to: moving, starting, driving, or test-driving the vehicle.

    2.    Customer Request Waiver

If the client explicitly requests a technician to operate their vehicle in any way, the client assumes full responsibility for any outcomes. Attention 2 Detail Automotive Company will not be held liable for any loss, damage, theft, or other issues related to the client’s personal property resulting from such a request.

    3.    Property Access Authorization

The client authorizes technicians of Attention 2 Detail Automotive Company to have physical access to their property and vehicle strictly for the purpose of performing detailing services. This access does not extend to operation or movement of the vehicle.

    4.    Liability Waiver

By accepting this agreement, the client understands and agrees that Attention 2 Detail Automotive Company will not be held legally, financially, or otherwise responsible for any damage, loss, or claim regarding the client’s property or vehicle.

    5.    Legal Indemnification

The client waives any right to pursue legal action, arbitration, or court proceedings against Attention 2 Detail Automotive Company or its technicians in relation to services rendered under this agreement.
